The stock embroidery designs seen are owned or licensed to Embroidery
Creations by the companies which own and copyright all the designs.
Making copies of their artwork is a violation of copyright law.
For corporate logos, written permission from the owner of the trademark
logo, must be submitted before the logo can be reproduced for embroidery.
Embroidery Creations accepts no liability for any unauthorized
use of such material. You agree to indemnify Embroidery Creations
for any loss due to the unauthorized use of such logos or designs.
PRIVACY POLICY
Embroidery Creations does not and will not sell, rent or loan any identifiable
information regarding our customers to any third party. Your information
is used solely for processing your order.
RETURNED CHECKS
A fee of $25 plus any collection charges will be charged for any returned
checks.
GARMENT CARE
All cotton garments are inspected, laundered and pressed prior to embroidery.
Please follow laundering directions for the proper care of your garments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GOODS
Embroidery Creations will not guarantee embroidery results on any customer
supplied goods. All goods are at the owners’ risk. In the event
of any incident(s) beyond Embroidery Creations control, we cannot/will
not be held responsible for the replacement or the replacement cost
of items lost or damaged. Customer will need to sign a release form
prior to Embroidery Creations' acceptance of goods.
SHIPPING
Since items are individually personalized, most orders are shipped within
3-14 days of payment. All packages are shipped Priority Mail unless
otherwise requested. Estimated shipping charges are:

PAYMENT
Personal or cashiers checks is accepted for orders. Embroidery will begin
after payment has been received.
RETURN POLICY
Personalized items are not returnable, except in the case of an error
on the part of Embroidery Creations or defective goods. Any error
or return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition. We cannot
credit shipping and/or handling. Please call or email prior to returning
an item.

ORDER PROCESS
Contact us by email or phone.
- Select product, including size and color, to be embroidered
- Select design.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for,
describe what you would like.
- Add any customization (lettering)
- Choose placement (left chest, right chest, center front, full
back, sleeve, yoke collar, arm) NOTE: not all designs will
work in all locations.
Minimal amount of sizing can be done on a design.
- Choose font style
- Choose colors
- Once design and product have been selected, price quote including
shipping costs will be sent to you.
- When
payment is received, the product will be procured (2-10 days).
If apparel is cotton, it will be laundered
and pressed
prior to embroidery. Product will be embroidered
and shipped as soon as possible.
